Cajun Crazy was founded by restaurant owner and long time cajun enthusiast Beau Hiner. His love for the distinctive, complex and rich flavors of cajun cuisine led him on a quest to bring the bayou to the people he knew in Ohio. After years of research in the kitchen, Hiner was able to truly deliver an authentic cajun experience and began blowing people away with his dishes.
